Check out our tips about Riviera Maya 🇲🇽 because Mexico is always a good idea 🙂

This is a huge responsibility and to give you some context we took hours browsing our personal photos (we use authentic content only) and we got so sentimental with the amazing memories and people we in we want to dedicate this post to all Mexicans around as we are so blessed of meeting your beautiful country and people. To our friends, tour operators and guides we miss you and can’t wait to see you.

Now, our tips about Riviera Maya:

Language: Spanish but English is well spoken around. Currency: Mexican peso but many places accept US dollars but they might not have change in USthey usually convert to Pesos. We don’t recommend you to use atm’s randomly around, unless is inside an institution. Have cash and small bills. Pack a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and always a bathing suit as you will always have a swimming opportunity. Food: the best food you can imagine, we recommend you to try cochinita pibil (slow roasted meat usually pork or chicken) and the national drink tequila which we prefer in our margaritas (you can join a tequila tasting tour - valuable tip: many souvenir stores or haciendas offer complementary tequila tastings to their customers). Places to go: if you are visiting kn a cruise, must likely you are going to cozumel - which is an island near the mainland, cozumel is sureouyby the warm Caribbean Sea and offers so much activities and amazing beach clubs, here we would go to a cool beach club, a water park or on a catamaran sail with snorkel. If you are getting to the mainland you will be near Tulum or Playa del Carmen, you can’t miss the ruins, one of the 7 wonders of the new world: Chichen Itza where you can visit the Mayan pyramid, visit a cenote and swim in an underground river or cave with thousands of years with sacred waters or enjoy amazing food in a beach restaurant We hope you book a trip visiting Riviera Maya soon and for more details you can book an appointment with us, via email: letmegotravel.info@gmail.com we have the right people here to recommend you!
